You will receive a certificate of attendance to include 40 hours of formal training and a schedule of the training objectives completed.
If your certifying organizations requires CEU/CEC’s as part of their certification process please contact me at Paul@Chiron-K9.com and provide the organizations name and I will contact them to register as a provider.

DISCLAIMER
You expressly understand and agree that: (a) this site and any of the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and that this site makes no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section “warranties”) of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) this site specifically makes no warranties that a it or any of its services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this site or any of the services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.
BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION
Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, Chiron K9, LLC will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Chiron K9, LLC is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Chiron K9, LLC may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
LAWFUL RE-SALE OF TICKETS
Lawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is authorized however the price MUST be of face value or less. If you are unable to attend the event you may transfer the ticket to anyone who meets the requirements as detailed within the vent webpage. You must inform Chiron K9, LLC as soon as possible regarding the transfer or sale to include the full legal name of the new participant. Use of Chiron K9, LLC trademarks/logo and other intellectual property is subject to the owners consent.
NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
All purchases are non-refundable and not able to be exchanged if within 30 days of the event commencement unless there is an identified buyer. If you cannot attend the event after purchasing a ticket contact Chiron K9 as soon as possible to make possible arrangements for a resale.
RAIN OR SHINE
Unless otherwise determined by the organizer, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
CANCELLED/POSTPONED EVENTS
If the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer you will receive a full refund.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall the organizer/instructor, including its affiliates, be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether this organizer had been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) any activities in relation to the event, or (b) any incidents on event premises or accommodation, or (c) any other matter relating to the organizer or any of the services.
All participants will be required to sign a Liability waiver before commencing the course. It is recommended you ensure all insurances including medical cover the duration and activities of the event.
ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
You assume any and all risks, whether expressly set forth herein, as well as, any other risks and dangers incidental or in any way relating to your presence during the course, including any risks that occur prior, during or after the course or any risks that are not foreseeable, such as, any and all risks arising from or relating to the acts or omissions of others.
Lost or Stolen Property
Event organizers and their respective Indemnities shall not be held responsible, financially or otherwise, for any personal property that is left, lost, stolen, destroyed, confiscated, damaged or misplaced anywhere, regardless of fault. You assume all risks of loss associated with the loss or damage to your personal property.
RIGHT TO RECORD AND EXPLOIT YOUR IMAGE
In exchange for additional consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged herein by You and Chiron K9, LLC, shall have the right to publish, print, display or otherwise publicly use for purposes of trade or for any commercial or advertising purpose the name, image, portrait, photograph, voice or other likeness of You without Your additional express written or oral consent. You further acknowledge and agree that Chiron K9, LLC shall be the sole and exclusive owner of any work containing Your image. In exchange for additional consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged by You and Chiron K9, LLC shall also have the right to record, utilize, publish, print, display, exploit and publicly use Your name, image, likeness and voice in medium, whether not existing or hereinafter created, including via any broadcast, re-broadcast, live stream, recording or other reproduction of Your image at or about the event, and whether in or out of context.

Each exercise will be planned and completed for each K9 team and participants should be flexible.
Program is subject to change as required; weather may require flexibility (we will not be on the water if thunder/lightening is within 5 miles of the lake).
Ilkka Hormila has worked in co-operation with the Search & Rescue dog handlers for decades and has been teaching detection and SAR search also for common dog owners, during his police K9 career of over 40 years
Ilkka worked at The Finnish Police Dog Training Center as a teacher for K9 Scent Detection Unit training where he trained dogs in tracking, search, ID-detection and explosive, arson and cadaver detection. He also served in operational duties with his own dogs.
Illka is an internationally respected lecturer and trainer and works all over Europe and also in Asia, USA.

To ensure the safety of all participants, including the boat drivers and divers, it is important all attending canines are social and controllable.
